Financial Modelling With SYZL + Volli
About The Event
Join the Founders of Syzl for an in-person, hands-on working session for food and beverage founders who want to use their numbers to make decisions, not just file them.
In this workshop, you will model your own business inside Volli (Syzl's AI-assisted finance and planning engine for food businesses) with Adrian and Azrah there to help.
In the room, you will work through:
- How to make your records work for you: how to break your business apart by channels like wholesale, e-commerce, and markets and see which ones are funding the others - LTV from scratch and starting with assumptions over perfection
- Scenario planning for the big "what if": the opportunity you could land and the numbers you need to answer confidently
- Hands-on time with Volli: so you can walk out able to ask "what if I changed the price/channel/packaging" for yourself.
You'll leave with your business modelled inside Volli, a working view of your own channel economics and continued Volli access to keep iterating after the session ends.
Note: Bring your laptop (not a phone or tablet), your numbers (rough is fine) and the assumptions.
