Iranian Startup Community

We understand that plans can change. If you are no longer able to attend an Iranian Startup Community event, please let us know as early as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.

For paid events, refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. Requests made within 48 hours of the event, or after the event has taken place, will normally not be eligible for a refund.

If the Iranian Startup Community cancels an event, attendees who purchased a ticket will be entitled to a full refund.

If an event is postponed or significantly changed, ticket holders will be informed and may be offered the option to keep their ticket for the new date or request a refund.

Free or complimentary tickets have no monetary value and therefore cannot be refunded. If you can no longer attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your ticket or contact us so your place can be released to another attendee.

Tickets must not be resold for profit. If you need to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact the Iranian Startup Community before making the transfer.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.

By registering for or purchasing a ticket to an Iranian Startup Community event, you agree to this refund policy.
