A SOMA Breath Awakening Journey is a guided breathwork meditation experience that combines rhythmic breathing, music, and visualization to create a deeply immersive and transformative state.

Through intentional breathing patterns and gentle breath retention, your body shifts into a state of balance calming the nervous system while also activating energy and awareness. This will allow participants to move beyond the thinking mind and access deeper layers of clarity, emotional release, and inner connection.

As the journey progresses, participants will be guided through phases of relaxation, expansion, and integration helping to switch off stress, shift negative imprints, restore the body at the cellular level, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace and vitality.

Rooted in both ancient pranayama practices and modern science, SOMA Breath supports:

Not just a one-time experience, these breathing sequences can be adapted for every day practice to support mental clarity, increased energy, improved everyday breathing, and physical and mental well being.

🌿 Meet Your Guide

Sara Justine brings her own lived journey of transformation. She weaves her connection to nature, spirit-based guidance, and her intuition, integrating her belief that calming our inner fears and limitations - those narratives weighing us down - enables each of us to rediscover the joy, abundance, and empowerment within and to connect with others with greater presence. This expansive evolution of inner humanity & wisdom is needed to enable collective healing of our planet, patriarchal systems, and fear of change. Sara is the founder of Solasta Spirit Collective.

Sara Justine is a Certified SOMA Breath Facilitator. She has trained in person at SOMA Breath teacher training retreats in Ibiza and Austria. Her background as consultant and advisor for mitigating the unprecedented pressures our society is placing on our ecosystems and climate regulating systems.
