About Event

Peer 1 on 1’s Beach Cities Branch is organizing a tour for families with neurodivergent children to join a free harbor tour at the Port of Long Beach. We are looking for volunteers to accompany those families and facilitate social interaction with neurodivergent kids. In the tour, both families and volunteers will enjoy a 90-minute narrated excursion featuring massive ships, towering cranes, innovative green technology, iconic infrastructure, and possible marine-life sightings.

Tour Time: 10AM-11:30AM on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Volunteer time: 9:30AM-noon on Saturday, September 19, 2026

Location: The boat will depart at 10AM from Dock 4, near the Aquarium of the Pacific (100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA, USA)

Parking: Validated parking in the Aquarium structure only – validations will be given aboard the tour.
