​Belong Health exists because rest, guilt and time off are business topics here, not soft ones. Most of us are very good at putting a client's deadline ahead of our own morning, and very bad at booking anything that has no return on it.

​So this is a Thursday morning where you are not working. You will be standing in a field with other people who run their own thing, doing something faintly ridiculous, and talking about none of it for an hour. That is the whole point of it.

​If you have been telling yourself since July that you will take a proper break once this project is finished, this is the break, and it is already in the diary for you.
