About Event

A half-day gathering and dinner for people leading support teams to help each other through leadership challenges

  • Free to attend thanks to a small group of vetted partners that value relationships

  • Limited seats, we're curating the group to make sure the event is valuable for every participant

Leadership can be deeply rewarding, but it can also be isolating. A lot of the hardest challenges don’t have simple answers, and they’re often easier to work through with other people who understand the job.

The format is intentionally small and participatory. The experience centers on hot seats - structured group discussions where participants bring a real leadership challenge and the room helps unpack it with questions, perspective, and actionable advice.

It’s a chance to:

  • get perspective from peers who lead support teams

  • help another leader think through a challenge

  • learn from conversations that may overlap with your own work

  • build relationships with people you can continue learning from after the event

What to expect

This is not a conference or a meetup.

This is a small, interactive event for Directors, VPs, Heads of Support, and others currently responsible for leading customer support teams.

We'll start with 3–5 hot seats. Each hot seat focuses on a real challenge submitted by an attendee in advance. The group helps explore the issue together in a way that is constructive, practical, and judgment-free.

After the afternoon session, the group will continue over dinner. Dinner is an opportunity to shift from problem-solving into conversation and relationship-building.

Everyone in the room is there to contribute, learn, and help.

We’re asking attendees to:

  • respect confidentiality
