If an event is rescheduled, all ticket holders will be notified immediately.

Guests who cannot attend the new date will be eligible for a full refund.

If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Guest cancellations are eligible for a refund up to 48 hours before the event. After this time, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest.

Chapter One is our first official social, bringing together the NEER community for an evening of sounds by famili affair followed with energy, and connection.

Expect a curated crowd, good sound, and a space designed to meet, move, and celebrate what’s to come.
