Offered bi-weekly, join us after a full day's work over at Badhus West for a energising mat Pilates class led by Steph Ingerman of Luna Nuova Pilates Club, followed by pure post-movement bliss.

Float (or swim) between the steamy, floating Badhus social sauna, lake swims (Sloterplas is some of the cleanest + safest swimming water in AMS!), catch some sun on the docks, and refuel with refreshing beverages, and hang with the community. It’s the perfect mix of movement, recovery, and connection.

☀️ The perfect euro-summer evening? We know. But don’t worry - if the weather isn’t cooperating, class moves indoors to our panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass café/studio, complete with heated floors (!!!) and stunning water views.
