About Tagpuan
Tagpuan is a gathering place for people pursuing ideas, projects, crafts, and passions.
Whether you're creating art, learning a skill, exploring a new interest, building a business, conducting research, coding an app, or starting something you've been putting off, Tagpuan is a space to show up and make progress.
In a world filled with deadlines, classes, and responsibilities, we want to make room for the things we're genuinely curious about.
You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need to be an expert.
Just bring your curiosity.
Who Is It For?
Anyone pursuing, or hoping to pursue, an idea, project, craft, or passion.
Students, professionals, artists, designers, engineers, researchers, writers, founders, makers, and curious minds from all backgrounds are welcome.
If it matters to you, it belongs here.
What Happens?
Tagpuan is a shared work session built around small groups called Kasama Circles, a chance to meet people outside your usual circles and get to know others from different backgrounds, interests, and skill sets.
We begin with introductions before moving into our first focused work session.
Midway through the afternoon, we pause for Ideas & Connections, part break and part conversation activity. It's a chance to grab a drink, stretch your legs, get to know other people in the room, and discover what others are building, learning, and exploring.
We then return for another focused work session before ending with an optional Show & Tell, where participants are invited to share what they worked on, learned, built, or discovered. Sharing is completely optional, but we'd love to hear about your progress, ideas, and reflections if you'd like to share them.
Along the way, you'll have the chance to exchange ideas, meet interesting people, and maybe even find future collaborators, accountability buddies, or friends.

A Few Notes
Bring anything you'd like to work on.
You do not need a finished project or idea.
No experience is required.
Coming alone is completely normal.
Feel free to come and go as your schedule allows.
Whether you stay for 30 minutes or the entire afternoon, we'd love to have you.
Please be respectful of everyone's focus and workspace.
Be open, curious, and supportive.
Tagpuan means "meeting place."
