今年是丙午年，大家是否有感受到生活的節奏似乎又加快了許多？
希望事情立即得到答案，希望計畫盡快看見成果，甚至連情緒與想法都比過去更容易被點燃。
再加上我們每個人都同時扮演許多角色 ——
在工作中是同事、主管、下屬；回到家是伴侶、父母、子女；在人際關係中又有不同的責任與期待。每天忙著回應各種需求，卻很少讓自己停下腳步好好休息。
這就是丙午年的火能量。
火可以帶來光明，也可能帶來躁動。關鍵不在於火有多旺， 而是我們能否保持清明， 看懂再行動。

Current Dynamics
According to the Chinese calendar, this year is the Year of Bing-Wu (丙午).
Have you felt the pace of life accelerating lately? We find ourselves rushing for immediate answers, expecting instant results, and noticing that our emotions ignite much faster than before. This intense momentum is exactly how the fire energy of the Bing-Wu year operates.
At the same time, we are all juggling multiple roles. We are colleagues or leaders at work; partners, parents, or children at home; and reliable friends in our social circles. Constantly responding to everyone else's needs, we rarely give ourselves the chance to pause and truly rest.
The fire of Bing-Wu can bring brilliant light, but it can also bring restlessness. Ultimately, the key is not how intensely the fire burns, but whether we can maintain our inner clarity - staying grounded so we can see clearly before we act.
The Solstice Opportunity for Awareness
The Summer Solstice is when Yang energy is at its peak. As this bright light illuminates the world, it is also the perfect time to shine a light on our inner selves.
