Hidden Africa: The Negatives Of Our Defeating Mindset/Our Solutions
Look Forward Africa Conference 2026
HIDDEN AFRICA:The Negatives of Our Defeating Mindsets / Our Solutions
Africa has no shortage of challenges — from unemployment and poor leadership to poverty, corruption, weak systems, and limited opportunities.
But there is another side of the conversation we don't often explore:
How do our mindsets, beliefs, behaviours, and ways of thinking contribute to the problems we face?
The Look Forward Africa Conference 2026 brings young Africans together for an honest and thought-provoking conversation about the hidden factors shaping our realities — and, more importantly, the solutions we can begin to create.
We'll explore questions around:
🔹 How do defeating mindsets affect African youth? 🔹 How do culture, society, and our environment shape the way we think? 🔹 How can young Africans develop the courage to question limiting patterns? 🔹 What role does self-awareness play in leadership and development? 🔹 How do we move from identifying problems to creating practical solutions?
This isn't about blaming Africans for problems created by complex systems.
It's about understanding what is within our influence and discovering how we can become part of the solution.
