​In Finland, Valentine’s Day is a celebration of friendship. We’re leaning into that with a slow, sensory women’s gathering, part ritual, part rest, part quiet rebellion against urgency. A space where warmth becomes language, and care becomes collective.

​This is not only a wellness practice. Not about becoming “better.” It’s about bodies in warmth. Women in proximity. Care as a shared practice.

​Our host

​Irina Guseva's experience draws from traditional sauna practices, herbal aromatics, and embodied meditation reimagined through a gentle, feminine lens.

​No fixing. No pushing. Just presence.

​The ritual unfolds

• ​Guided sauna meditation

• ​Herbal aroma infusion

• ​Gentle brooming (vihta) massage

• ​Salt + wild berries body scrubs

• ​Herbal tea, shared slowly

• ​Space to rest, talk, or say nothing at all

​After the heat, we gather around the table. Tea, light snacks, low voices. A circle without hierarchy.

​What to bring

​Come prepared to shed layers.

• ​Sauna hat

• ​Two towels (one for the heat, one for after)

• ​Flip-flops or slippers

• ​A robe or wrap

• ​Toiletry essentials (soap, shampoo, cream)

• ​Water bottle

​Come curious.
Leave softened.
