We’re inviting all the incredible women across Berlin to come together as a community, network, share, and learn from peers on the topic of Allyship, Mentorship, and Sponsorship! This is your chance to learn how to advance your career alongside your peers and managers.

Your Host: Allira Mayr
Allira is a Senior Destination Manager at GetYourGuide, responsible for the Nordics. She is a mentor for the Arise Women in Leadership Course, Co-Chair of GetYourGuide’s ERG (employee Representation Group) and actively hosts and leads our incredible women’s group initiatives.
Panelists:
Danielle Delozier:
Danielle is the Director of Guest Relations at HomeToGo, the leading vacation rental marketplace. She is passionate about the panel topic, having founded the mentorship program at HomeToGo. She is a seasoned technical leader, having led teams at companies like Michelin and GE.
Max Malterer:
Max was previously the Head of Global Operations at GetYourGuide and is a mentor at Femme Palette. In his various leadership roles in the non-profit and tech industry, he has always aimed to establish diverse teams with a high sense of trust.
Steph Hubner:
Steph is a Senior Partner of Leadership Development at GetYourGuide, bringing her decade of experience in sales, account management, and marketing to help build talent development within the business, and is currently training to be a certified leadership coach. Steph is committed to fostering the development of women and actively contributes to the incredible women's group.
