All Ticket Sales Final: No Refunds, Non-Transferable
All ticket sales for the Becoming Vs. Goals event scheduled for January 10, 2026 (the “Event”) are final. Except as required by applicable law, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets may not be resold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any other person, and admission will be granted only to the original purchaser (or the name associated with the ticket order) upon presentation of valid identification if requested.
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, weather, transportation issues, or dissatisfaction with the Event, except as required by applicable law. If the Event is cancelled by the organizer, the organizer’s sole obligation will be to provide either (a) a refund of the ticket purchase price paid (excluding any third-party service fees) or (b) a credit or replacement ticket for a rescheduled date, at the organizer’s discretion, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.
