We’ll meet at 7:00 AM and start moving together at 7:15 AM with a HYROX style workout led by The Box, showing up, pushing and starting the day as a community until 8:00 AM. Afterwards, we’ll slow it down with breakfast and good vibes until 8:30 AM 🥐☕️

Dress warm, it’s an early one, but mornings just hit different with NOCCO ⚡️

No showers on site, but toilets are available.

Spots are limited, sign up is required and your participation is only confirmed once we have approved your registration on our side on Wednesday. Participation is for free.

In case of bad weather, the session will take place on May 8th 2026.
