Inspired by her own parents' costly six-year divorce without a prenup and watching friends currently navigate similar painful situations today, Lilli created The Prenup Podcast to destigmatize prenuptial agreements through education and intentional community building by way of “getting comfortable with the uncomfortable” conversations. The Podcast launched this past September and is just the beginning - a new product will be launching next year, helping family lawyers serve more clients while driving demand through innovative community building.
Lilli will be joined by two incredible lawyers who specialize in matrimonial law in New York: Shari Bernstein, an attorney Boies Schiller Flexner, and Ruth Chung, an attorney at her own firm she’s been operating since 2018.

Ruth Chung - Ruth is a solo practitioner and has operated the Law Office of Ruth Chung since 2018. Ruth prioritizes education and communication in her client centered approach to resolution. Ruth handles matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, paternity, child support, post-judgment proceedings, and protective actions at the trial level. She also negotiates and drafts prenuptial, postnuptial, and separation agreements. Ruth began her career at Court Square Law Project before starting her practice.
Shari Bernstein - Shari is an associate at Boies Schiller Flexner. She represents clients in complex matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, paternity, child support, post-judgment proceedings, and protective actions at both trial and appellate levels. She also negotiates and drafts prenuptial, postnuptial, and separation agreements. Shari began her career at The Legal Aid Society's Juvenile Rights Practice before working at a boutique matrimonial firm and joining Boies Schiller Flexner.
Lilli Donahue - Lilli is a dynamic entrepreneur and the founder of The Prenup Podcast, where she facilitates essential conversations for couples preparing for marriage.
