FRRC - Hill Reps With Hoka

​FRRC's hill rep night just got a HOKA upgrade.

​HOKA are bringing three of the current line-up down to Princess Margaret for the night — come try the Clifton 11, Clifton Pro and Bondi 9 before the session. Shoes on from 5:30pm, then it's warm-up, drills and coached hill reps from 6pm.

​Stick around after for prizes and treats from Fuse Real Ice Cream.

​What to expect:

• ​Try-on: Clifton 11 (daily trainer), Clifton Pro (firmer, more responsive speed trainer) & Bondi 9 (max cushion)

• ​Coached hill reps, all levels welcome

• ​Grand prize: a full Frontrunner shoe fitting experience, HOKA product only, with the shoe credited

• ​Secondary prizes: HOKA hats, socks & belts, drawn at random on the night

• ​Real ice cream from Fuse after the run
