​The hard part is that when you sit down to actually build a course, everything you know shows up at once — five directions, a dozen possible audiences, no clear place to start. That's not a sign you're not ready. It's just what happens when knowledge hasn't been shaped into a clear outcome yet.

​This workshop is 60 minutes, live, and built around one goal: helping you leave with a single, specific sentence — who your course is for, what outcome it delivers, and why you're the right person to teach it. No pre-work, nothing to finish later. We'll build it together, in the room.
