An invitation-only, quarterly advisory council bringing together Canada’s leading HR executives to shape the future of workplace caregiving.
Caregiving has quietly become one of the defining workforce challenges of our time. Today, more than one-third of working Canadians are balancing their careers while caring for an aging parent, spouse, or loved one—often without the resources, support, or guidance they need. The impact is felt across organizations through absenteeism, burnout, productivity, retention, and employee wellbeing.
The Kindly HR Advisory Council is a small, curated community of CHROs, Chief People Officers, and senior HR leaders who come together to share perspectives, surface emerging challenges, and help shape how Canadian employers respond to the growing realities of caregiving.
Each session will be designed around emerging trends, workforce insights, and the evolving realities of caregiving, with a focus on organizational impact, measurable outcomes, and ROI. Members will have the opportunity to learn from peers, exchange practical ideas, and help shape how employers support caregivers in the workplace.
During our inaugural discussion, we'll explore:
How caregiving is changing workforce expectations and employee wellbeing
Emerging trends HR leaders are seeing across their organizations
Practical approaches to supporting employees through aging, caregiving, and complex life transitions
The future of caregiving benefits, technology, and human-centered support
Opportunities to shape an emerging category alongside a curated group of senior HR leaders
This inaugural gathering marks the beginning of an ongoing quarterly forum, with future sessions shaped by the interests and priorities of its members. Between meetings, Kindly will also share relevant insights and learnings with the group as the caregiving landscape continues to evolve.
Our goal is to create a trusted community where Canada’s leading HR executives can learn from one another and collectively help define what great workplace caregiving support should look like in the years ahead.
Attendance is intentionally limited to ensure meaningful conversation and executive-level dialogue.
