​* Weather Contingency: As this is an outdoor event, we’ve set Friday, June 12 as our rain date. We’ll reach out to you in a timely manner if we need to move the event due to the weather.

​Ticket Policy & Community Etiquette: We plan our wine and food based on exact headcount. As such, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations. However, tickets are fully transferable—if you can't make it, gift your spot to a friend!

​Our events also start on time. While there is a 30 minute grace period for arrival, doors will close afterward to ensure all guests can fully enjoy the experience.

​Note for Members: We love that you get early access, but please only reserve tickets you intend to use. Repeated "no-shows" prevents other members from joining the fun and hurts our small business partners.
