We often move through the ebbs and flows of life without really pausing. Holding onto unprocessed thoughts, emotions, and energy. And over time, it builds up in the body.

As we have just transitioned into a new season, this breathwork is here as a space to slow down and be with what is. To release, renew and move with nature's rhythm.

What has your heart been carrying?
What feels heavy and ready to be released?
Where has your body tightened because it didn’t feel safe to soften?

What to expect:

  • Intro: Explanation on the breathwork techniques and what you might experience (especially if its your first time).

  • Meditation: Connect with the body, come into presence and gently start meeting what your heart has been carrying — without pushing it away

  • Breathwork: Let your breath guide you out of your head and back into yourself. And creating space to feel, soften, and release what’s been building in your body – allowing you to soften your shoulders and exhale from relief

  • Grounding breath: Opening your heart in a way that feels safe, grounded, and supported while coming back into stillness, a sense of lightness, connection, and inner peace

  • Integration: A moment where you can journal, drink something, share what came up and start integrating the experience

Why donation based, and what does that mean?:

These sessions are offered on a donation basis to keep this work accessible to everyone, regardless of financial situation, while also allowing these gatherings to continue.

At the end of the session, you’ll be invited to take a moment to feel into your experience and what you’ve received. From there, you can choose a donation that feels aligned and authentic for you and your situation.

Everyone needs to make a donation, the amount of the donation is up to you. Every contribution, big or small, supports us in being able to continue sharing these beautiful events with as many people as we can.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in and breathe in

  • Water to stay hydrated

  • Curiosity to meet yourself

  • Optional: journal to write down your experience

Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and connect with the space.


Important

  • If you have any serious health conditions or are taking medication, please check with your doctor before participating in breathwork.

  • Some of you have already contributed with a donation through a previous “GoFundMe” campaign. For all the beautiful souls that have supported me through that, this event is free!

  • Make sure you don’t eat too much straight before. This may lead to cramping or nausea.
