Integral Outdoor Meditation with DIA
This is a free introductory practice in integral awareness — a method of training attention as a core inner skill for clarity, perception, and presence.
In this practice, we work with two essential modes of attention:
Focused attention — the ability to stay with one point
Open awareness — the ability to perceive the whole field at once
Most people are trained only in focus.
But real cognitive flexibility comes from being able to move between both.
Through this open-eyes practice, we train:
concentration
expanded perception
mental clarity
reduced reactivity
stronger presence under pressure
Why it matters
When attention becomes too narrow, we lose sensitivity to the wider field. We miss context, weak signals, deeper patterns, and often react automatically.
As attention expands, perception becomes more spacious, more precise, and less reactive. We begin to process reality differently — with more clarity, more awareness, and more choice.
This is especially important in high-load environments, in periods of change, and in any situation where inner stability and clear perception matter.
One practice can give you an experience.
But one practice alone does not create a stable result.
What changes perception is regular training.
That is why I invite you not only to познакомиться with this method through the free session, but also to continue practicing it in a consistent group field.
