Fall Fieldguide Workshop 9/22
Come experiment with making play an intentional practice to guide your Fall season!
In this online workshop, we'll explore how we relate to play as adults, the hidden contracts we carry that keep us from play, and what it could look like to commit yourself to an experiment: How would my life change if I made play an intentional practice for the 12 weeks of Fall?
We'll spend our time together creating your Fall Fieldguide, a map of the curiosities and desires that light you up at the idea of exploring. We'll then learn ways you can practice accountability to your play practice through a lens of compassion and room for soft meandering.
🌱 Your fieldguide can be made up of anything, may it be:
A list of all the record stores you want to visit this fall
A booklist of all the reading you want to dive into this season
A plan for actually starting that hobby you want to try out
A reflection of that ways
🍁 You’ll walk away with:
A fieldguide you can use to guide your fall with play and wonder.
A notion template you can use to bring structure to your fall explorations.
🛝 This workshop may be for you if:
You’d like to infuse your fall with play or learning new things.
You’ve had trouble with feeling inspired lately and want to get your curiosity gears turning.
You want to do ALL THE THINGS, but need some structure and tools to make it happen.
You’d like to deepen your attunement to your desires and curiosities.
