Healing the Healers: R&B Flow

​This Healing the Healers experience invites advocates, service providers, caregivers, community leaders, and all those who spend their days pouring into others to pause and receive care themselves.

​In partnership with Vinyasa Vibes, this restorative gathering blends intentional movement, soulful R&B music, breathwork, and mindfulness to help participants release stress, reconnect with their bodies, and restore their spirits.

​Together, we'll create space to slow down, move with intention, and remember that caring for yourself is essential to sustaining the work you do for others.
