ClearJet VIP Private Dinner at PARCEL Forum '26
ClearJet is hosting an intimate, invitation-only dinner at MOOR, the resort's upscale coastal kitchen, where the menu is built around fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients sourced from local growers and fishmongers. We have a semi-private room, a three course seated menu, and no agenda beyond good food and a table worth sitting at.
Small by design. Every seat is intentional.
The Menu
First Course Chopped Salad
Entrée Grouper or Filet Mignon
Sides, served family style Broccolini Roasted marble potatoes
Dessert Key Lime Bar
Vegetarian and gluten free options are available on request. Note any dietary needs or allergies when you register and we will take care of it.
Good to know
Where: MOOR is inside the Gaylord Palms, so no travel required if you are staying on property
Dress: business casual, no need to change out of what you wore to the show floor
Time: we'll be there at 7:30PM to welcome early arrivals, dinner begins at 8:00PM, first course shortly after. Come as you are, stay as long as you like.
Seating is limited. This is an invitation-only dinner with a capped guest list, so please confirm early and let us know if your plans change so we can offer your seat to someone on the waitlist.
