​Join Anemona for a free Salsation® dance session where you can move, connect, and enjoy the energy of the music in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

​This event is open to everyone—no dance experience is needed. Just come as you are, have fun, and let the music move you. Together we'll explore a variety of musical styles while meeting new people and enjoying the moment.

​Anemona is a fitness trainer and Salsation Elite Instructor, and for her dance is a universal language that brings people together. Her sessions are built around creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone—regardless of background, age, or gender—can feel comfortable, be themselves, and make new connections.

​Whether you're new to Norway or simply looking to meet people in a different way, we'd love to welcome you.

​The event is free to attend and will be held in both English and Norwegian.
