Coaching Session

We put real weight on coaching, because the deepest work happens here. These sessions are about knowing yourself on a deeper level: understanding why you care about what you care about, what moves you, where your limits are — and learning to hold space for your peers along the way.

Beatriz coordinates all coaching times and planning directly — she'll be your point of contact and will reach out to organise your sessions. Depending on everyone's needs and availability, sessions run either online or in person.

Committed to helping young women and girls reach their full potential, Beatriz works within PowHer as an interactive leadership journey, helping unleash the talents of our participants. She has coached clients from 20+ nationalities across four continents, works in four languages, and holds her PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
