​An open-source evidence layer for agent payments on mesh-llm: both sides seal every exchange, paid or not, as a signed, hash-chained record that any third party can verify offline. A 60-second live demo on a running mesh, then hands-on for up to 15 attendees. Part of the Agent Infra block.

​Steven Mih, Founder and CEO, Action State Group

​Steven Mih is founder and CEO of Action State Group, building the open evidence layer for AI agents. He leads open-source projects including EvidenceBook and Agent Action Capsule, and authors IETF Internet-Drafts focused on independently verifiable agent actions and transactions. He is also a maintainer of Mesh-LLM, a distributed AI inference network. Previously, Steven co-founded Ahana (acquired by IBM in 2023) and served as CEO of Aviatrix, a cloud networking and security vendor. He has spent over two decades building open-source infrastructure and enterprise technology.
