​Barely anyone I know hasn't been laid off at least once.

​This meetup is for everybody in Berlin who is pre-, during, or post-layoff and for whom simply applying for the next role feels odd. It's for people who sense they've ended up living the wrong life and are now ready to ask themselves: "What should my next step be?"

2. ​The ones who feel the layoff coming: Restructuring rumours, a sudden "quick sync" in your calendar, or a gut feeling you can't shake.

​I'm Anna, a Berliner for 16+ years.

​My background is in UX research and Research Ops in EdTech. After I was laid off, I decided not to look for another job and explore self-employment.

​Now I run Pollo Digital, where I offer freelance UX research, help internationals navigate layoffs in Germany, and talk openly about negotiation and what happens behind the scenes.

​I also offer Visibility Mentorship and a Layoff First Aid program, and I'm happy to figure out the next chapter together with you.
