Relating with the Elements: Heart Rhythm Meditation
Do you ever feel like you're consistently stuck in certain areas of life, while other things come naturally?
Maybe you're great at dreaming up big ideas but struggle to follow through. Or you thrive in group settings but feel drained when working solo. You might connect deeply with people but find it hard to set boundaries—or vice versa.
With Heart Rhythm Meditation, we explore these patterns through the archetypal energies of Air, Water, Fire and Earth.
This workshop gives you practical breathing techniques to intentionally tap into all four energies—so you can adapt, connect, and create with more ease.
You are invited to come learn new breathing techniques to get unstuck, stop repeating patterns, and develop these four energies to live a more balanced, fulfilling and creative life.
This is for you if
You're tired of repeating the same patterns in work, art, or relationships.
You want to understand what creates friction between yourself and others, and how you can address it.
You value community and want to show up more fully for the people and projects you care about.
You're open to trying something a new breath-based practice to shift your state of mind.
In this session, Robin will guide you through Heart Rhythm Meditation: a simple, body-based practice that uses your heartbeat and breath to shift your energy in real time.
You’ll learn four distinct breathing styles (one for each element!)and practice them in exercises alongside other participants.
By the end, you’ll have a toolkit you can use anytime to help re-center yourself and resource yourself with different energies when you need them— before a tough conversation, a creative session, or a high-stakes meeting.
