Women in Development Duluth Bus Tour
Women in development from the Twin Cities area are invited to a bus tour of Duluth!
Join Pope Design Group, APEX, and Downtown Duluth for an event focused on development opportunities, community partnerships, project inspiration, and networking with women shaping communities across Minnesota.
Day 1 | Duluth Opportunity Bus Tour | Oct 22
9am - 5pm: Explore Duluth's future development opportunities aboard a guided bus tour of available sites, successful projects, and emerging areas for growth from 9am - 5pm, lunch provided. Participants will hear from local leaders and elected officials about development priorities, investment opportunities, and the vision for Duluth's future. Transportation for the Day 1 bus tour will be provided.
5pm - 7pm: Attendees are invited to a hosted dinner and networking at The Boat Club.
Day 2 | Project Tour (Optional) | Oct 23
9am - 1pm: Stay an extra day to visit recently completed projects and developments throughout Duluth. This optional tour will provide opportunities to hear project stories, discuss lessons learned, and explore the impact of development in the region.
Transportation will not be provided on Day 2.
Travel & Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Duluth.
A discounted room block will be available at The Sheraton in Duluth for October 21 and October 22. Lodging costs are the responsibility of each attendee. Room block available until October 6th, 2026. Booking link sent after registration.
