CBCC x CZSK Alumni Annual Dinner
This year, for the first time, the Czech-British Chamber of Commerce is hosting its Annual Dinner together with UK Universities Czech & Slovak Alumni.
The Chamber has held this dinner as its flagship evening since 2008, bringing together British, Czech and Slovak guests with business leaders and the diplomatic community. Since 2019, the Alumni network has been building a community of Czech and Slovak graduates of UK universities across London, Prague and Bratislava. By combining the two evenings, we're bringing established members and the next generation of Czech and Slovak professionals together at the same tables.
It is also the first time the dinner comes to the Strand Palace Hotel.
The evening
Drinks reception from 6:30pm · Dinner at 7:30pm · Carriages at 11:30pm
Alongside dinner, the evening includes short talks, a spotlight on members of the alumni community, and a light-hearted pub quiz played by table.
Speakers
Jana Lvová, General Manager, Mastercard Czech Republic and Slovakia
In her role, Jana is responsible for the company's strategy and the development of partnerships with banks, fintechs, merchants, and the public sector. Before returning to Prague, Jana spent 17 years in London in senior roles across banking, fintech, and payment technologies. Her work focuses on digitalization, artificial intelligence, and building trust in the digital economy. She believes technology delivers real value when it makes life easier for people and businesses and helps them make better decisions. Jana holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master's degree from Charles University in Prague.

Dinner
Includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, a three-course menu (choose your options when booking), red or white wine, still or sparkling water, and tea or coffee.

CBCC members: £85 per person
Non-members: £95 per person
Students and recent graduates: Limited number of discounted places to be released
Dress code: Lounge suit / formal business wear
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest until 30 October.
