The MSO-PC model enables healthcare businesses to pair a management services organization (MSO) with a physician-owned professional entity (PC), allowing them to scale clinical operations while navigating state corporate practice of medicine requirements. As MSO-PC models continue to evolve, we wanted to bring together the people working across the ecosystem- from legal and regulatory strategy to banking, operations, and infrastructure for an informal opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and meet others navigating many of the same challenges.
