BLOOM is JEToP’s event for Wave by Vento 2026: a roundtable with three people who took that leap — and built a career on it. An afternoon made for students, recent graduates, and under-35 founders weighing up their own future.

Moderated by Imen Jane, co-founder of Will Media and one of Italy’s most-followed voices on economics and entrepreneurship for a younger audience.

In two acts
In the first, our guests share their stories and challenge each other. In the second, the stage turns toward you: your ideas, your doubts, your own leap at the center of the room.

On stage
→ Marco Gay — CEO of Zest and President of Unione Industriali Torino. Someone who knows capital and the ecosystem from the inside.
→ Paolo Garella — founder of Manifattura Automobili Torino. After a career as a manager at Pininfarina, at 50 he walked away from it all to build hypercars under his own name.
→ Edoardo Arnello — founder of AccessiWay: from Turin, he built a company that makes the web accessible to people with disabilities, in Italy and across Europe.
