We're bringing together Rancho Gordo and Farm to People for an evening built around what's long been overlooked: the humble, extraordinary bean. A three-course family-style dinner featuring Rancho Gordo's spring release — cooked simply, slowly, and with intention. The menu follows the season, with vegetarian options woven throughout.
Steve Sando, founder of Rancho Gordo, and Julia Newberry, General Manager and co-author of The Bean Book, The Rancho Gordo Vegetarian Kitchen, and The Rancho Gordo Heirloom Bean Guide, will both be in attendance to chat all things beans!
A welcome cocktail, wine, and gratuity are included. All you bring is an appetite.
