​For the next 16 weeks, we’re bringing the city together every Monday & Thursday for a high-energy hill workout designed to build endurance, strength, and discipline.

​This is for ALL fitness levels and ALL ages. Whether you’re just getting started or already in shape, this program is about pushing yourself, staying consistent, and growing with the community.
