About Event

TL;DR

In short, this is a three-part workshop series designed to help you intentionally build the social life you want - by getting clear on what fits you, taking realistic action, and reflecting on what actually works.

Session 2: Commitment

What can I do to build the social life I want?

Clarity is powerful, but action is where change begins. Session 2 focuses on translating insight into action.

In this session, we’ll explore the many ways connection actually happens, talk honestly about common barriers to connection, and unpack the complexity of turning strangers into friends.

You’ll identify actionable, personalized social goals and design small, real-world social experiments to try before our final session.

You’ll leave with a plan, realistic expectations, and built-in encouragement to support you as you put things into motion.

About the Series

Build Your Ideal Social Life is a three-part, hands-on workshop series for people who want more aligned, meaningful connection in 2026.

This series focuses on clarity, intention, and experimentation. You’ll reflect on what kinds of relationships and communities bring out your best self, design realistic ways to build belonging in your daily life, and learn from what happens when you put those ideas into practice.

Across three sessions, you’ll move from:

  • Clarity — understanding what you want socially and why

  • Commitment — choosing actionable, personalized ways to build it

  • Calibration — reflecting on what worked, what didn’t, and how to adjust

By committing to the full series, attendees can expect to walk away with:

  • greater clarity around the kinds of friends, connections, and communities that actually fit them

  • realistic social goals and experiments they can continue beyond the workshop

  • more ease and confidence navigating connection over time

  • meaningful relationships with others in the group, grounded in shared reflection and experience

You may find yourself leaving with more (and better) friends, dates, acquaintances, communities to call home, and unexpected or fun experiences along the way.
