About Dr. Rottenberger:
Dr. Rottenberger oversees Austria’s network of 60 defense diplomats worldwide and manages relations with 60 military attachés accredited in Austria. As renowned foreign and defense policy expert, he regularly contributes to high-level discussions at institutions such as the Diplomatic Academy and Forum Alpbach. He also brings more than a decade of firsthand diplomatic experience from postings abroad.
