Bierzo is one of our favorite "why isn't everyone drinking this?" regions — and Mencía is the reason. It's a red grape that hits a perfect middle ground: juicy and aromatic, with a savory, earthy edge that was built for fall food.
We'll taste through styles from bright and chillable to deeper and more structured, with pairings that make Mencía an easy yes for the season.
