✨Pleiades Community Call | Convene for Impact
Stars Anna Adlard and Ashley Muse from Workshop are bringing Convene for Impact to the Pleiades community, a 90-minute, hands-on workshop for impact leaders who create and facilitate convenings that bring people together across organizations, sectors, communities, and perspectives to advance change.
Drawing on Workshop’s experience helping organizations and coalitions turn climate and nature ambition into action, we’ll explore how to design gatherings more intentionally, with a clearer line of sight from purpose to impact. We’ll look at ways to move beyond default formats, create the conditions for meaningful participation, navigate common facilitation challenges, and build momentum toward commitment and action beyond the gathering. We’ll work with practical frameworks, exchange approaches with experienced peers, and apply new techniques to a gathering of our own.
Convene for Impact is part of Wayfinder, Workshop’s emerging community of practice for impact leaders working to move complex, collaborative work forward.
*COMMUNITY CALLS happen on the 2nd Monday of the month at 9 AM PST/12 PM EST. They are an opportunity for Pleiades members to connect online to discuss and learn about a singular topic. Want to lead a discussion? Be part of a specific conversation? Recommend a guest facilitator? Reach out to Sophie at sophie@pleiadesnetwork.org
