This session is part of our HR Book Club, where we explore influential HR books through the lens of real HR experience.
This time we’ll discuss Part II: Business Agenda (pages 52–88) of The Age of HR.
Together we’ll explore questions such as:
How can HR move from being a functional expert to an enterprise leader?
What does outside-in thinking look like in practice?
How do technology and human networks reshape the way organizations work?
This is not a lecture. It is a facilitated discussion where we exchange perspectives, connect ideas from the book with our own experience, and learn from HR professionals working in different countries and industries.
No matter whether you have 2 or 20 years of HR experience, your perspective is valuable.
