Meditation & Dhamma Talk With Bhante Joe (In Person & Online)

​Join Bhante Joe for an evening of meditation and Dhamma at the Blue Mountains Insight Meditation Centre in Medlow Bath. The evening will provide an opportunity to settle the mind in meditation and listen to a Dhamma talk exploring practical Buddhist teachings and their application to everyday experience. The session is suitable for both newcomers and established practitioners, and everyone is welcome.
