A 2-3 km hike, starting with a Breathwork Practice & a calming Opening Circle to heighten your senses
Conversations that flow naturally on a particular theme—about everything from personal goals to shared experiences
A chance to connect 1-1 with women in their 20s and 30s who are also seeking a mindful, intentional space
