THE REAL WALK: For men’s mental health awareness - Johns Creek/Alpharetta, GA

​I'm excited to be hosting my fourth THE REAL WALK for men's mental health. If you live in the Johns Creek/Alpharetta, GA area, please join us on Sunday, September 21st at 10 am ET.

Everyone is welcome, including dogs (there's a phenomenal dog park there too)!

​THE REAL Mental Health Foundation's mission is bold and necessary:
- Move $10B into mental health by 2030
- Reach 10M men with mental health support by 2030
- Build a global network of 1,000 ambassadors by 2026

​THE REAL Walks are about community and conversation.

​No pressure.

​No agenda.

​Just guys (and friends and family) showing up, walking, and connecting - however they need to.
