The Gentle After
On Sunday at 6 PM, the elections come to an end.
Two hours later, we meet.
The Gentle After is a space to come together as a community after an intense period of anticipation, conversation and emotion.
Whatever Sunday brings, we have each other.
If the past weeks have felt overwhelming, exhausting or simply like a lot to hold, this is an invitation to gather, release some of that energy and reconnect with yourself and with others.
Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, reflect and create space for what is there. There will also be room for open conversation, exchange and simply being together.
Not everything needs to be figured out immediately. Sometimes it helps to come together, share what is moving through us and transform the energy of a moment into connection, clarity and something lighter.
Whatever happens, we’ll navigate it together.
We have each other.
We can listen to each other.
We can hold space for each other.
And from there, we move forward.
Sunday, 8 PM.
Two hours after the polls close.
A gentle gathering for release, reflection, solidarity and connection.
Come as you are. No experience needed.
Online via Zoom: The link will be sent to all registered participants via email before the event.
Duration: approximately 1,5hs. You're welcome to leave at any point if it feels right for you. However, we recommend staying until the end, as the experience is designed as a journey that gradually builds from arrival and release towards integration.
