Miami Real Estate Outlook - The Decade Ahead
The Miami Real Estate Outlook: The Decade Ahead
The last decade put Miami on the global map. The next will define what kind of city it becomes. On Wednesday, November 4, the IENYC Real Estate Club returns to Miami at ABANCA USA in Brickell for a panel on the decade ahead.
Mónica Vázquez: Country Head, ABANCA USA, and President, Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce
Lucía Ojeda: Director of Property Management, Rilea Group
Andrés Bustamante Arrieta: Founder and Chief Architect, Bustamante Arrieta
Javier Martín Álvaro: Vice President, Blanca Commercial Real Estate
The event will be moderated by Dr. Johnny Din, CEO of Cycamore Capital and Program Director of the M.S. in Real Estate Development & Investment at IE New York College.
This session brings together leaders from every side of Miami's growth: the capital that funds it, the design that shapes it, the transactions that move it, and the operations that sustain it. All four speakers sit on the Advisory Board of IE New York College's new Master of Science in Real Estate Development & Investment, so the evening also offers a first look at the program.
The discussion will move from the forces reshaping Miami today to where the real opportunities lie and what the decade ahead will demand from the next generation of leaders.
