Find us inside the park

​⏱️7:00AM – We start our 5K at a beginner friendly pace. The Track loop is 1K so we shall be taking about 5 rounds of the same. In case you reach late, find us running around the loop.

​⏱️7:45 AM – Cool Down.

​⏱️8:00 AM – Post run coffee

​Skip the snooze, skip the late night — it’ll be worth it.
