BROOKS Test & Try Event

​Loop samen met Brooks en de Absolute Run Crew

​- Groepsopwarming
- Trail warming up 2km (social pace 7'/km)
- Interval training (eigen tempo - 15 minuten)
- Uitloopronde 2km (social pace)

​Tijdens de training kan je gebruik maken van de bijhorende schoenen uit het Brooks gamma beschikbaar in ons teststation @ Clubhouse

​Brooks teststation:
- Glycerin flex (feel the flex)
- Ghost trail (feel the grip)
- Hyperion max (feel the tempo)
- Glycerin max (feel the cushioning)
