Golden Hour Picnic
Join us for a women-only golden hour picnic as we gather for one of those simple evenings that makes the beginning of fall feel a little more special. 🍂🧺
We’ll spread our blankets out, share good food, watch the sun go down and spend a slow evening getting to know women from across the Treasure Valley.

♡ Cost: Free — just bring something to share!
♡ Ages: Women 18+ (unless accompanied by an adult)
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a little something for the picnic blanket — a favorite snack, appetizer, baked good, dessert, fruit or drink. Homemade or store-bought, fancy or simple, it all belongs! Please choose what category of food you will be bringing on your RSVP so we can make sure to get a good variety!
Please also bring:
• A picnic blanket and/or pillows to sit on
• Your own water
• Anything else you’ll need to be comfortable outside
WHAT TO WEAR
Come warm, cozy and ready to stay awhile. Think chunky knits, cardigans, denim or leggings, long skirts, boots, jackets and plenty of layers for when the sun goes down.
Autumn colors and picnic-pretty outfits are always encouraged, but never required. Most importantly, dress warmly and comfortably enough to enjoy the evening outside.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Because this gathering is free, an accurate headcount is especially helpful to us. Please only RSVP if you genuinely plan to attend. If something comes up, no worries — just update your RSVP as soon as you know so we aren’t saving a spot for someone who can no longer make it. ♡
This is a potluck-style gathering, so please be mindful of common food allergies. The Palomino Society cannot guarantee that shared food will be free from allergens.
This gathering is outdoors and subject to the weather. If weather requires us to make any changes, registered guests will be notified as soon as possible.
Come alone or bring a friend. Bring something yummy, bundle up, and settle in with us for golden hour.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
By registering for The Palomino Society’s Golden Hour Picnic, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• This is a women-only event for guests ages 18 and older (unless accompanied by an adult).
• This event is free to attend. Because registration helps us plan for an accurate headcount, please only RSVP if you genuinely intend to attend. If your plans change, please update or cancel your RSVP as soon as possible.
• Each guest is asked to bring a food item or non-alcoholic beverage to share, as well as their own blanket and/or seating.
• This is a potluck-style gathering. The Palomino Society does not prepare, inspect, or control food brought by attendees and cannot guarantee that any food or beverage is free from allergens or cross-contamination. Guests are responsible for making food choices appropriate for their own dietary needs and allergies.
• This event takes place outdoors on natural and/or uneven terrain. By attending, you accept the ordinary risks associated with an outdoor gathering and are responsible for your own personal safety and belongings.
• Please dress appropriately for the weather and changing temperatures. The event may continue in cool or mildly inclement weather at the discretion of The Palomino Society.
• In the event of unsafe or severe weather, the gathering may be postponed, relocated, rescheduled, or canceled. Registered guests will be notified of changes as soon as reasonably possible.
• Photos and video may be taken during the gathering for The Palomino Society’s social media, website, marketing, and promotional materials. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of your likeness for these purposes.
• Guests are expected to be respectful of the park, other attendees, and the surrounding community. Please clean up your belongings, food, and trash before leaving.
By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and voluntarily choose to participate in the event.
