About Event

“Stand up straight,

Shoulders back,

Chest up,

Tuck your chin in.”

Have you heard that before?

and then forced yourself into those positions?

Now relax...

Exhale and let it go.

Your posture is more than muscles and bones, it also tells the story of your lived experience: how you’ve been conditioned to adapt and belong in your family, your culture, and the larger systems you were born into.

For years, “good posture” has been presented as a position to force and hold until you fix yourself. But rigid, forced posture isn’t sustainable. Good posture is about reclaiming ease, stability, and natural movement, rather than locking yourself into an unnatural shape.

What you’ll learn

  • Explore the relationship between your posture, your sense of belonging, and the ways your body has learned to adapt through reflective exercises.

  • Let go of unnecessary tension and discover a deeper sense of support.

  • Practice simple exercises to shift your posture into a more easeful, effortless state.

Please know that the recording is available for 3 days after the event.
